Ok, well maybe I am being a little over dramatic, but mum and I nearly got run over this morning on our run! But hang on, lets go back a bit…
Firstly, I am feeling loads better as my tummy has recovered and I don’t feel sick anymore. Secondly, mum took me out on a run this morning, but I wasn’t in the mood….. I just wanted to go for a run around the grass and have a sniff and instead, mum took me for a run and wouldn’t hardly let me sniff things AT ALL!!!! She wasn’t happy…..she shouted at me at first to hurry up and then when I looked sad, she gave me a cuddle…. I felt bad then, so decided to try and hurry up a bit.
The only problem was then, that even though I was managing to keep up, I kept needing a wee and when I had finished weeing, I needed 3 poos (sorry I know that’s gross). But with all the weeing, pooing and general faffing, our 30 minute run was a bit stoppy starty. Mum was NOT impressed.
THEN just as we were trying to cross the road near home, a man in car apparently waved mum on, indicating that she could cross…. but then he preceeded to go anyway and had to brake sharply to avoid hitting us. I think the nasty driver upset mum a bit, as she went all quiet… but I am sure I cheered her up when we got back as I only made a little bit of fuss about being fed. *looks a bit sheepish*.
Anyway, everyone has gone to work now and I am all alone in the den….. bliss…. the only trouble it, no matter how many times I try, I just can’t open the dog food cupboard and get to the treats….. maybe it’s just as well – Woof Woof Woof.
You see, the thing is, I love lying on mum & dad’s things – it doesn’t matter what it is – towel, shoe, cushion and in this case – mum’s damp t-shirt from her wet run the other day. My mum decided to leave the t-shirt on the floor for a while to see how many different ways I could invent to lie on it - turns out the magic number is 9
Brilliant xx
Yesterday, was Grandad Dixon’s birthday and I stayed at home minding the den whilst the rest of my extended pack took him out for tea at Lymewood Farm. Mum said that everyone had a lovely time and eat as much carvery as we could manage – sounds yummy.

Anyway, today mum & I went for a run and although it was warm and mum said I was a mithering so and so – I loved it.
Happy woofly days… xxx
Hello there….. here I am again, filling you in on what an exciting Sunday I have had so far. Well first thing this morning mum took me to the local shop for supplies and it was a bit frozzy cold but great to get out early on a Sunday morning.
Then when dad got up, we went to do family visits, first to see Auntie Jenny and all the Dixon-Thomas family. Everyone was a bit
when we got to Auntie Jenny’s as my gorgeous little cousin Lola was feeling really poorly and not in the best mood for visitors and even baby Tilly was having 40 winks. So we just stayed a little while and picked up some lovely photos that we were waiting for.
After that we went on to see my Great Grandma Prescott who is almost 88 years old. She was in fine fettle and she even has a great big window which I love to sit and stare out of….
Then when we got back and after we had some lunch, mum, dad and I all went out for a little run down to the canal. Now mum said she wasn’t really “feeling it” so we didn’t do quite as much as we planned – but it was ace all the same. It was quite muddy on the paths, so mum had to clean me off when we got back – I love it really
Well, everyone is back to work tomorrow and mum still hasn’t got her driving licence back – so it’s on the train again for her. Woof Woof. Blog you soon all you lovely puppies xxx
How fantastic am I feeling at the moment? Errrr very brilliant thank you very much
My pack and I haven’t been for a run for 13 days (not that I’m counting), but we have been tonight. There have been many reasons why we haven’t been – snow, bad weather, stressyness and general tiredyness and arsed issues – but we hope they are all behind us now and we can get our training back on track. “Training for what?” I hear you bark, well mum & dad are running the Manchester 10k on May 16th and as this is only 2 months and 13 days off…..
Actually, why not support them by posting a comment on the bottom of this blog*
So, back to our run.We did about 25 minutes to break us in gently and even though it was cold, I got a bit of off lead action in the park and to be honest, my mum and dad are right slackers as they seemed to be out of puff at the end whereas I was fine! See the evidence of the three of us post run below….

Also, mum made these
for work and it’s all dad and I can do not to steal them away and scoff them all – in fact, I think they might be going to bed soon
Don’t tell anyone will you xx

Well I went for a little walk this morning with dad and he wasn’t very happy with me as I ran off – soz dad I just got a bit giddy as it was my first “off lead” walk of the week.
So I thought that would be me done walkies wise today as mum and dad went Christmas decorations shopping this afternoon and I just had a zzzz.
However, after we all had shepherds pie for tea, I thought we would just be watching Strictly, but before I know where I am – we are all going out for a run!!! Dad attaches me to his belt as usual and off we all go
It was a bit frozzy cold at first but after a few minutes we all start to warm up.
I am not really allowed to stop and sniff when we go out for a run, but it’s just great being out with the pack – we are like the dream team. Woof Woof!! xx
