Lola

I have to say dogbloggers that I am very grateful for Sundays. This one has meant that I completely chilled out whilst mum and dad went out to cousin Lola’s 5th birthday party. This morning I was so tired that mum tells me that she came down to say hello and I didn’t even wake up! She was half way through getting her breakfast before I even did a yawn – I was shattered.

But thankfully after lots of sleep I am starting to feel a little more lively. I am reliably informed that we have another 19 miles to walk next week, so I had better have another pouch of my dog food – any excuse eh – Woof Woof.

p.s. still can’t believe that my Lola is nearly 5 and mum says she had a great birthday party… Brilliant xx

Gawd, I’d never met a plumber before last December and yet today I met my 4th plumber. His name was John and Grandma Dixon and I let him in this morning whilst he drained our central heating system.

Of course, I got a little shaky when he was coming in and out all the time, but it makes me nervous… Whatever he did worked though as we still have a warm house… :)

Mum has just told me that my cousin Lola is 5 next week!!!! I can hardly believe it, I remember when she was a baby and she used t follow me around the room…doesnt time fly?!

How cute am I?Hello dogbloggers!!! I would love to tell you that I’ve had a razzle dazzle weekend, but actually it’s been quite quiet. That’s not a bad thing, I’m 11 and a half you know!!!!! I went for a gentle 20 minute run with mum on Friday and to be honest, I struggled to keep up a bit :-( I think I’m a bit out a practice running-wise and last time we saw Anna (my lovely vet) she said I had a touch of arthritis. oh well…

So this weekend has been about dad training for his trail race next weekend, mum training for her 10k in October and me sleeping & making suspicious smells from time to time. he he he.

But this week is going to be ace as mum & dad are only in work for 2 days, but more importantly and MUCH more significantly, my brilliant cousin Lola-Mai starts school on Wednesday….

Good Luck Lola!!! xxxxx Woof Woof xxxxx

Well aren’t I a happy puppy today – mum is at home…. Today is the day that she goes to the dentist that makes her all squiffy, so she is just chilling with me until it’s time to go. She doesn’t seem too nervous, although with her being fast asleep for the whole thing, I’m not surprised. :-) Dad had a good night last night too as Liverpool won a football match and apparently their new manager seemed pleased that Liverpool scored a goal for the first time in 6 years – no… I don’t know either.

Well, I had better go and see what mum wants to do before she has to go out, do you think there is any chance she will want to cook me a chicken and take me out for a massive walk???

Love Peggy xx

p.s. here is a photo of my cousin Tilly Rose. My mum baby sat for her and Lola last night and poor Tilly cried for most of the time as she isn’t very well…
@gillibobs29 this is me looking frazzled with my tiredy, full... on Twitpic

Well we just wanted to see how proud we are of my little cousin Lola-Mai who took part in her very first sports day yesterday. She is only 4½ and even though she was a bit nervous, took part in 5 races and was brill in them all.  My mum & Grandma Dixon went to cheer her along and give her lots of encouragement. Mum’s favourite race was the obstacle race – here is Lola being brilliant:
