jill lysons

Well, busy day for an old dog like me ;-) Mum and dad took me in the car to met Auntie Jill and Uncle Richard and we all went for a brillo pads walk around the dam. And guess what… mum and dad didn’t even walk me, Auntie Jill and Uncle Richard DID!!! Woof Woof Woof.

We had a great time and even though we all did get VERY VERY muddy, we loved it just the same… lets do it again soon…PLEASE……… xxxx

To Auntie Jill & Uncle Richard…

Auntie Jill & Uncle Richard

Mum, Dad and I just wanted to wish you a huge CONGRATULATIONS!!! on your engagement. We couldn’t be more pleased for you and we just wish we were in Australia to give you both a cuddle.

I have to say that I am going to give Uncle Richard a” high 5″ for proposing at the very top of the Sydney Harbour Bridge, it’s very romantic and I just hope they weren’t scared being so high up!!!

Lots of love and cuddles to Richard and the future Mrs Cudd!!

Face Timing with Auntie Jill & Uncle Richard

Just thought I would jump on my little blog to wish Auntie Jill and Uncle Richard a wonderful trip around the world.  They left yesterday for a 4 month travelling trip of a lifetime and I am woofly excited for them! Woo Hoo!!!!!

I love this picture of me Face-timing with them and I think it’s woofly funny that Auntie Jill is trying to cover up the tomato stain on her top – :P

Anyway Auntie Jill and Uncle Richard,  if you read this from lovely South Africa (or whatever wonderful place you are in)…. I miss you already and hope you have an amazing time xxxx

Cupcakes

Apparently cupcakes aren’t for dogs?!? Now I had a chat to mum about this, and she told me that dogs should only eat the food in their bowls and other things given to them by their packs, and everything else I should leave alone.  Now I am a good dog normally, but can I tell you a secret? The minute mum went into the other room I crept out of my basket and had a cheeky lick of the butter cream blobs that had fallen on the floor – it was YUMMY!! *licks lips*.

When I heard mum coming back, I ran into my basket quickly and I am pretty sure she didn’t hear me. Although my tummy doesn’t feel too spectacular now, I am sure it doesn’t have anything to do with the raw cake mixture I also snaffled from near the bin. *takes a gaviscon*

Anyway, mum and dad are a little stiff today after walking 9 miles yesterday for their Shine training walk. I didn’t go with them like normal as 9 miles is just a little too far for my 12 year old legs – s’ok though, I stayed at home and just inspected the inside of my eyelids – win win=Woof Woof.

Dad is just watching the football, then later we are all off to Grandma Barbara to have a belated birthday party for Auntie Alison, who was in India for her actual birthday. Let’s hope she had a lovely time with Auntie Jill (who also went) and their “Delhi Belly” didn’t give them too much gip…

Woo Hoo – Love Sunday’s I do. xxxxx

Wow what a brilliant day! We have been up to the Lake District this afternoon to have a picnic with Auntie Jill as it’s hear birthday. We went to Brockhole Park, which is here:

It took us about an hour and a half to get there and then we met all of dad’s family and had lots of food and tickles and walks. Dad even had a game of tennis and footie with everyone and Auntie Alison & Uncle Patrick even had an ice lolly!

But my favourite part of the day was when Auntie Jill and Uncle Richard took me for a walk and I had a little paddle in Lake Windermere… it was ace. As you can see from mum’s photos, I love lounging around in the long grass – maybe I should have been born a cat?! EWWWWW NOOOOOO!!

Anyway, Happy Birthday Auntie Jill xxx Woof Woof.

Having a little hide!

Wow, aren’t I a lucky doggy!! Dad is at home with me ALL DAY TODAY!!! He is very excited about some game called ModNation Racers and mum said that this is what he is going to do all day today. I don’t care really, as long as he takes me for a walk :-)

Mum is at smelly work so dad and I are hoping that she hurries up and comes home soon. Believe it or not, I am writing this from underneath mum & dad’s bed!!! It’s a special treat for me whilst dad is off. I know it sounds weird, but I actually like it under their bed -  I feel all safe, like it’s my own special den.

At the weekend we also have exciting things happening as mum is having her hair straightened and we are going to the Lake District to help celebrate Auntie Jill’s birthday – happy days xxx
