Hello again! I am having a lovely week so far. Mum is on holiday this week and is really getting in the Christmas spirit. She spent all day Monday cleaning the house and we have been here, there and everywhere. Today Grandma Dixon and Lola-Mai came and Lola spent the entire time trying to give me a kiss. Now she is nearly 3 and always has sticky hands, so I would rather not if you don’t mind. ;-)

Anyway, they stayed for a while and eventually I let Lola watch Iggle Piggle, once I had got her to stop running around the house!! It’s not like I would ever do that! Woof Woof

Anyway, we were supposed to be going to Delamere tomorrow with Uncle Geoff and Grandma Dixon, but some idiot bumped into Mum’s car yesterday and the garage people are coming to fix it tomorrow. Maybe at the weekend.  I am thinking that something exciting must be happening soon as mum keeps getting parcels delivered. I hate anyone knocking at the door as mum always makes me go and sit down. But nothing ever comes for me, I wonder if Pedigree Chum make deliveries?

Woof ya later

Mummy is very pleased with me. We had a bit of wobble when some of my stitches “popped” and my skin died around my wounds, but everything (whilst still a little grotty) is slowly but surely healing up. However I am royally sick of the cone they make me wear. My mum says I have not sense of spacial awareness and therefore keep banging into things.  They did try to take me for a small walk today, but when I tried to sniff the floor, I just kept scraping leaves into it. Mum and dad have gone back to work sort-of, but they are workin shorter hours to make sure I am OK. Grandma Dixon and Lola-Mai have even been into see me during the day! As you can see from below, even thought I hate the cone, I look pretty cool in it!

What a lovely day today, mummy & daddy took me to the forest today. Dad is doing the Derwent Water Trail Race next month so he did a 7 mile run around the white route. Mum took me around the red route which is about 3 miles. It was great and we did a video….

We both had a lovely run around and I was dead hot when I got back. I had a sleep in the car on the way home and now I am ready to go again!

I also had an exciting time last Thursday as for the first time ever, Gran and Grandad Dixon babysat for me whilst mum & dad when out for tea. I did my usual 5-minute whinge, but I was fine after that and spent the rest of the time sniffing in the garden.

Anyway, I am off now to do my stuff. Have a good one
